Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: 

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent out within 72 hours after the order is placed. Large products probably need to take longer (1-3 days) because of the longer quality check, packing, handling, etc.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Shipping usually takes 7-15 days. This is mainly due to high demand while trying to maintain low prices. Please note there might be a delay due to COVID-19.

Order confirmation

Once your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email. Order processing begins after confirming your payment. If you want to modify your order, please contact us within 6 hours.

* The delivery time is estimated and starts from the date of order; it may take longer than expected due to a problem with the delivery address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Tracking code

All orders have a tracking number that we will email to our customers. Customers can track the parcel on our website.

Unsuccessful delivery attempt 

In this situation, the package is brought back to the local post office location closest to your delivery address and from there it can be picked up.

You will need to contact your local post office to arrange a pickup, or sometimes they may offer to schedule another delivery attempt.

*Please note that it is the buyer's duty to make sure that the shipping address is accurate and reachable, otherwise, any delivery failure due to an insufficient shipping address is at the buyer's cost.

Further recommendations for ease of shipping

For address and other contact information, please use types of fonts that are understood internationally.  Avoid any typography using the glyph.

If sending to a business address, please enter the company information under the “Company” field and under name insert "ATTN:" then your name.

All items are subject to review for admissibility into any country outside the United States by the respective border services agency. Once an item clears all regulatory processes, it is handed over to a local shipping company for delivery. Delivery time depends on the product and the distance to its destination.

For multiple shipments, it may arrive in separate packages as some items may require a longer production time.

If possible, we suggest signing up for email notifications from your local shipping company to receive delivery status updates and get notified if you owe duty and/or taxes for this item.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at storemanager@glamintimates.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS] 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
